Fixed Rear Window Seal Leak
On 3/21/2004, I removed the rear interior to have easier access to the rear window to finish removing the tint adhesive. When I just got done cleaning it off, I found that the pad under the rear seat was soaking wet. I removed more moldings in the back and was able to see where the water was coming from. It appeared that the rear window was leaking and running down the molding and ending up on the floor. So the next day, I took my car to Jone's Pontiac Body Shop and had them look at it. The easily found where the leak was and re-sealed the rear window. So on 3/25, I got my car back and put the interior back together on 3/27 after doing my own water test to verify no leaks. This whole ordeal did teach me that all things happen for a reason. If the cop didn't pull me over for my tint, I would have never found this leak until there was more damage done. So now that everything is back to normal, it's time to go get re-tinted! Hahaha!
