Installed a new(er) Supercharger
On 11/13/2004, I went back to a local club members house to swap on a low-mileage M90 supercharger off of a 2003 L67 motor. Since mine was rattling like crazy, I just replaced the entire blower and I'll sell mine for parts. We also took care of some "bugs" left over from the cam/heads install. I had a small coolant leak that we made even smaller, so that worked out. Here are some pictures of the new supercharger before installing it on the car.

After I installed the blower, I couldn't get the pulley puller tool to work right and ended up stripping the snout threads. I was still able to pull the old 3.8" pulley off, but I couldn't press the new one on. So I took another day off work and removed the snout, took it up to Ober Performance and had them press my supercharger pulley hub on for me. Only cost $5 and I was back in business. I didn't have any supercharger oil, so I drove to the dealership to get a few bottles and filled it up. I slapped the belt on and realized that my 500-mile break-in period after the cam was over! Good timing. So for the first time since the cam went on, I was able to go full throttle. Felt pretty good!
