Installed Satin Ceramic TOG Headers
On 1/21/2006 I installed a set of Satin Ceramic coated The Other Guy (TOG) Headers. I used Hulkspeed's garage and I had the room and the help to get things done smoothly. The install took me about 6-7 hours and went surprisingly smooth. I bought the TOGs from ZZP so that I could get the free pre-bent tranny dipstick tube. The stock tube is in the way of the cross-over and needs to be modified or replaced with a flexible or pre-bent tube. Here is a list of the steps that I followed:
A few days after installing the headers, I got an SES (service engine soon) light for my front oxygen sensor going bad. I will be replacing it soon so I can continue with the tuning. Anyway, here are a few pictures from that day.
