Updated 10/21/2008

Hey all, welcome to my little place on the web.  It's been a very long time since I updated my website, but a lot has been happening!

The most active page on my site has become inactive due to my change of interests in modding FWD family sedans.  I still have my 2000 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP, but it's back to stock performance except for an intake and cat-back exhaust.  In March of 2008, we replaced Courtney's 1999 Grand Am GT Coupe with a 2008 Pontiac G8 GT.  I've already started modding it as well, but we'll be sticking with bolt-ons with this one.  The reason we upgraded her car was to get a 4-door for her since we found out on Christmas day 2007 that we were expecting a baby!  Since it's been so long since I've updated the site, I wasn't able to post stories and pictures of the nursery, the house, and the doctor's appointments.  Fast-forward to September 6th, 2008 at 10:05pm.......Leah Nicole Richie was born weighing 8lbs 10oz, and measuring almost 22-inches long.  I'll be setting up a page with stories and pictures of her eventually, so stay tuned.

Another page I want to setup is for our June 2007 Spain trip.  We went for a 2-week trip with 33 high school students.  We took almost 2000 pictures and I want to setup pages to show how amazing of a country Spain is.  The trip also made me realize how much I want to get a new digital camera.  So my latest hobby on the horizon appears to be photography and I'm zooming in on a Canon EOS 50D Digital SLR but we need to save up some $$ first.

At the house, we made a lot of changes.  Part of owning a home is the un-planned costs that spring up.  Well we found out our roof was leaking (AGAIN!!!!) so we just pulled the trigger and replaced the roof.  We had a local company add 1.5" of P2000 insulation along with the 30-year shingles.  The entire project happened in 2 days and it made a welcome change to our air conditioning and heating bills.  We also had 2 new floors installed in the house.  I finished ripping up the Mahogany floor in the computer room/home office and we installed a "loose-lay" vinyl floor.  We also had a new kitchen floor installed.  So between the nursery, the computer room, the kitchen, the Closet-factory cabinets in the storage/laundry room, and the new roof......A LOT has happened at our house since the last update.

Looks like I better get busy adding and updating pages!
